The African football ruling body; Confederation of African Football (CAF) on Friday announced the venue for the draw ceremony of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
The 2023 AFCON draw will hold at the Parc Des Expositions, Abidjan, on October 12 2023.
2023 Africa Cup of Nations
The 2023 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) will be held in Cote d’Ivoire, from January 13 to February 11 2024.
There are 12 2023 AFCON qualifying groups. The two top teams in each group will qualify for the AFCON giving rise to a total of 24 countries.
Out of the 24 available slots 14 Countries have booked their place at the 2023 AFCON, while the remaining 10 slots will be completed on the last matchday of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers in September 2023.
